Welcome to VillaVibes apartment. We are delighted to host you. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, pls adhere to the following guidelines.

House Rules

Guest must provide valid identification during check-in
⁠Only registered with the security guest are allowed into the apartment
Noise level must be kept to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 7am.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is 12pm. Late check out will attract addidtional cost per hour.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is made and caution fees paid.
A security deposit of 100,000 naira is required at check-in and will be refunded after inspection at checkout.
Cancellation Policy require notice of 4 days minimum to be entitles to full refunds and funds is not refundable for cancelation 24 hours or less before checkin
Apartment accommodates maximum of 30 guest.
Parties and loud music or noise that disturbs neigbours are strictly prohibited
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas
Pets are not allowed
Guest is responsible for damage or lost to property. Report any damage immediately
Lost keys or access card will atrract a replacement fees of 20,000 naira.
Do not tamper woth the smoke detector or fire extinguishers .
Ilegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in eviction without refunds
Violence or abuse of security or housekeeper is strictly prohibited
The use and safety in the swimming pool is guests respinsibility. Always ensure the security/lifeguards is present before using the pool.
